I had a bad first experience and got an infection from a pedicure. Decided to give them another chance today because the place I usually go is closed and I have two events to go to this week. The girl that did my nails was super nice but I am not a fan of my nails. I got black tips and my nails are thicker than my thighs and 3 of my cuticles are currently bleeding I also didn’t realize my nails were wet when I left so I went back in and she did a quick fix but they still look bad. So now I am going to important events this week and my nails look bad. I am wishing I didn’t even get my nails done today. As I said before, the staff is nice but I’ve yet to have a good experience. They sat me in a chair and I sat there for 20 minutes with no one doing my nails. Then the guy who did my nails made them crooked (this was a fill, so my nails weren't even crooked before) and he got acrylic all over my skin and cuticles, and he didn't smooth out the acrylic on my nails which left them bumpy and thick? I will not be coming back here because the main girl did my nails and she did a horrible job she rushed through it and she was very rough with my hands. she cut me twice and I started to bleed and it's pretty expensive for what a terrible job she did. My nails were left feeling sticky, the color was streaky, and the polish was all over my fingers and cuticles. The people here were very rude and pushy. My friend and I came in the salon yesterday and both paid 38$ for shellac pedicures that ended up being 38$ just to have our toes painted! Both of our feet still left with dead skin! I have never left from paying for a pedicure with my feet just as rough as when I arrived! A complete waste of money and I even spoke with the manager and she seems like she wasn't getting our point at all! We work very hard for our money and will make sure not to come in here again! & will make sure to tell everyone I know about my horrible experience. One of my toes is already chipping paint off as well! One of the worst experiences I have had! Read Less

girl at station 3 removing my shellac - soaked my nails for 2-3 minutes then took metal tool and scraped them off. taking 1/2 of my nails with it - I said you just ripped my nail off - oh, sorry - kept scraping - I said I think they need to soak longer you are taking my real nails with it - my nails were nice. now they are lengths not uniform - half of my nails are pink underneath because she scraped off so much of my real nail removing the shellac and filed them with a file ...so rough a nail file that my skin underneath my nail was burning - I had to tell her several times it hurt - - they charged me an extra $5 to remove the shellac because I didn't replace it with shellac - and to top it off she didn't even rub my hands with lotion like they always do when you are finished. I will never go back here and probably couldn't because so much of my nails were scraped off that it will take them a year to grow back VERY UNHAPPY See More Read Less
