This was most definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting a pedicure. I went with my daughter, my mom, and her friend and they started off by having us separated when we made the appointment together, this would have been okay if there were other people getting pedicures too (there was not). While my daughter was getting her pedicure, she would tell the lady something was hurting and pull her foot away. The lady would grab her foot and continue to do what she was doing that hurt my child. But what sent me over was at the end when they went to go get what I think was wax. At this time everyone else was done and I was just ready to go so I told the lady I did not want that I was ready to pay and leave. I was told no, and she refused to let me leave. It took my mom coming over for this person to let me get up to pay and leave. I will never be coming back here and I will never recommend this place to anybody again.

i went to get my nails filled bc i have acrylics and i was not happy when i left. my nails are uneven and super thick. normally i’m not the one to complain but this rlly got on my nerves. and it cost 36 to get my nails filled! that’s how much it should cost to get them put on. i’m not planning on coming back

My daughter and I both got pedicures here. The young man who did hers was great, but the overall tone of the place besides him was rude. The woman who did my pedicure was rushed, no massage and barely touched my nails to trim them. When she applied the polish she was extremely rough with her finger nails attempting to remove the polish from my skin, which she did a terrible job at. When we left I noticed a large gap of no polish on one toe, and now four days later they’re already dull and chipping. We will not return here, I’ll go pay for someone to do it correctly.

Got a Pedicure today. Very disappointed I had a young girl that did mine. She put my feet in bags with hot wax. It was so hot I told her 3 times it was too hot. She just stared at me. When she was painting my nails she didn’t put the spacers between my toes and my toes touched and smudged my big toe. I called her over to fix it and asked her if she could put the spacer between my toes and she replied NO!! Very rude and unprofessional. It cost over $50. I will never go back..

I will not be coming back here because the main girl did my nails and she did a horrible job she rushed through it and she was very rough with my hands. she cut me twice and I started to bleed and it’s pretty expensive for what a terrible job she did. My nails were left feeling sticky, the color was streaky, and the polish was all over my fingers and cuticles. The people here were very rude and pushy. Please save your time and money by not coming here!

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Didn’t trim cuticles, left excess acrylic around nails on skin, misapplied two nail tips which now look even worse, and no hand massage or lotion at end. Spent $230 for family spa day and shellac used on one pedicure peeled the next day. Won’t be going back. Buyer beware!Manicure,Acrylic nails,Pedicure

Critical:QualityThis has become my place to go for pedicures but think I’m finding a new place. My last few pedicures I get the same guy and it’s been progressively getting worse every time. Today I got no massage at all and though I reminded him about my ingrown nails he still didn’t clean out the sides, so they will be painful again soon. I usually get shellac and they look ok, but the massage is my favorite part, so if I can’t get that I’m done. I always tip really well so I guess he figures he is getting that tip regardless. This has become my place to go for pedicures but think I’m finding a new place. My last few pedicures I get the same guy and it’s been progressively getting worse every time. Today I got no massage at all and though I reminded him about my ingrown nails he still didn’t clean out the sides, so they will be painful again soon. My wife and I just went there for pedicures. She wasn’t asked which one she even wanted before he started working on her. When a free person began mine she asked which one I wanted. I said well we both wanted the same one. The man doing hers said it was too late for her. So I opted for the basic, since that’s what she wound up with. They did not clean under my wife’s toenails. She got cream applied to her legs. My feet were not filed nor did my legs receive any cream applied to them. Very poor service. We will not ever be going back there. My wife was planning on getting a manicure but after such poor service decided to pass on that.
