This mattress started sagging 2 months after purchasing. It’s been a year now and it’s horrible! I should have kept the old one and saved my money. Don’t buy it!!!!

Very poor durability. Beer engineering!
The mattress appears to be over a dozen years old in less than a month of use. I have an exchange program through trial period and will probably buy a Tempur Pedic. Bought at Mattress Firm. Will have to pay 10% “restocking fee”. What does restocking mean for a used mattress??Asked about warranty and was told I would have to pay for warranty inspection. Typical buccaneer capitalism.

pure luxury
I wonder if the present made mattress is the same as what I bought some years back. I absolutely love this mattress. It is the best I haveever slept on in my life. Guests who have slept on it have given ithigh ratings. I cannot imagine why it does not have a five star rating.

Have love this mattress ever since I received. The only reason I am looking for a new mattress is I have changed bed size. Otherwise I would still use this mattress. I have given my mattress to my sister who says it is still very comfortable.
